When JH Real Estate Partners undertook the restoration of the historic Hobbs Building in the heart of Downtown Aurora, they saw more than a real estate opportunity. Today, the Hobbs Building is home to three distinct concepts: Touché French Creole, where the bold and soulful flavors of French Creole cuisine find a refined home; Giardino Trattoria and Pizzeria, a warm and welcoming Italian kitchen celebrating the traditions of the table; and Kai Modern Japanese Kitchen, an inventive modern Japanese dining experience with a vegan menu and handcrafted cocktails. Each concept reflects a shared belief that vibrant, welcoming dining experiences are at the heart of a thriving downtown.
